Hawthorn Suites had a lot going for it during my recent stay. The king suite was spacious and featured a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, and even a dishwasher. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. Breakfast was well above expectations, with a good variety of options including scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. I enjoyed sitting outside by the fireplace, a perfect touch for a cozy evening. One downside was the check-in process. the front desk staff seemed a bit rushed and not as warm as I would have liked. Also, the shower design has its flaws, with some leaks affecting the experience. Overall, I had a great stay but there are certainly a few areas that could use some work.

Spacious rooms with a great breakfast selection

The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Breakfast was a treat with items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and plenty of snacks available around the clock. However, the hot breakfast could use some improvement in taste.

Upon entering, I was dismayed to discover someone else's clothes left in the closet. The check-in process was inefficient, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. Additionally, the room was freezing cold when I arrived, taking too long to reach a comfortable temperature.

with all the rave reviews, I expected more than just cold eggs and a room that wasn’t even ready with my requested beds. absolutely no one even thought to offer an upgrade or any sort of compensation. talk about service! this place is a serious letdown for a supposed "suite" experience.

Family with children paradise

This hotel was impressively clean! The breakfast was not just decent, it was surprisingly hearty with a large variety of choices, keeping everyone satisfied.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I’d say it was still fair for what we got.

We enjoyed the full kitchen and friendly staff. We explored the Highlands Sports Complex and had some fun indoors at the Kruger Street Toy and Train Museum. Don't miss the free laundry and great breakfast spread. Highly recommend this spot for a fun getaway!

Just a heads up, one of our friends found the shower design to be a bit faulty, leading to leaks. While it didn't ruin our stay, it's something to keep in mind.

staying at hawthorn was fantastic! our queen suite was huge and comfy, making it perfect for a family. the staff welcomed us warmly and invited everyone to a social supper, which was a nice touch. breakfast was available 24/7 with great options, making it easy to grab a bite whenever we wanted.

This was just a balanced option for overnight stay in Triadelphia with all in all brilliant value for money. The room was large, very clean, and had a full kitchen, making it convenient for preparing meals. Check out the dog-friendly policies if traveling with pets.
